Prompt contact and site visit
Once instructed, we contact the insured, explain the process and arrange an inspection. Our assessors travel to the site anywhere in South Africa.

Records, stock and security
We review the business's records, stock figures, delivery documents and security arrangements, and check them against the circumstances of the loss and the policy conditions.

Quantification against the policy
Quotes, invoices and replacement values are tested against market rates and the policy wording, including limits, excesses and any under-insurance.

Clear report and recommendation
The insurer receives a concise, evidence-based report with photographs and a settlement recommendation, and every step is tracked hourly in our own claims management system.

Do you assess goods-in-transit claims outside Gauteng?
Yes. We assess claims in all nine provinces and travel to wherever the loss or the goods are.
Can you assess electronic equipment claims?
Yes. We assess damage to computers, servers, point-of-sale and other electronic equipment, including power surge and accidental damage claims, using specialist repair reports where needed.
